Sales Manager (m/f)
We are looking for someone who covers the DACH region and would be based in Bavaria.

This position will eventually transition to lead the entire European sales organization with executive level advancement opportunities as you build a successful and profitable track record of sales.
Requirements
- Self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and the determination to succeed
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and effective time management skills
- Customer oriented with ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written skills
- The ability to generate new business and to build long-term relationships
- Strong cold calling, networking and appointment-setting skills
- Excellent deal-closing skills
- 3-5 years minimum sales experience in hard coatings with established relationships in automotive or composites or Oil & Gas
- Must be able to bring book of business (projects and relationships)
- B.S. in a technical field or Management, Sales or Marketing required
- Strong track record in building business and increasing sales
- Must be able to travel 50% of time
